Our Journey
Sindri Engineering may be a new name, but our foundation is built on more than a century and a half of high-consequence engineering and manufacturing experience. Our team’s collective journey has taken us through the highest levels of the U.S. War Department, the Intelligence Community, NASA, and prime aerospace contractors like Boeing and Northrop Grumman. As former active-duty military personnel, C-suite executives, and senior engineers, we have spent decades leading complex programs in environments where precision, security, and reliability are absolute requirements—and where failure is simply not an option.
We founded Sindri to bring that big-program expertise out of the massive corporate bureaucracy and directly onto the shop floor. We recognized a critical need for a company that could offer the profound technical depth of a major aerospace prime, but with the agility, responsiveness, and personal dedication of a specialized machine shop. Our leadership knows exactly what it takes to drive an idea from a rough concept into a fully realized mechanical system because we have engineered, managed, and physically built these systems ourselves.

Bobby Bialczak
President /
Senior Research Scientist
Bobby is a seasoned executive, serial entrepreneur, and decorated Army combat veteran who brings decades of multidisciplinary expertise to Sindri Engineering. With a career spanning C-suite leadership for organizations up to $500 million in revenue and roles as a senior research scientist supporting DARPA, NASA, and the DoD, Bobby excels at the intersection of advanced technology and business strategy. He holds undergraduate degrees in Industrial Engineering and Materials Science alongside two Master's degrees. Drawing on his military discipline, Bobby specializes in building high-performing teams dedicated to pushing the boundaries of modern manufacturing and turning ambitious, highly complex concepts into precision-engineered reality.
Kevin Elliott
Senior VP of Engineering / Senior Engineer
Kevin is a patented Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years of hands-on experience in design, testing, and prototype fabrication. Holding both a B.S. and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, his career spans from specialized roles at major defense contractors like Sikorsky Aircraft and BAE Systems to developing cutting-edge mechanical systems for NASA and Boeing. Having successfully managed dozens of complex components from initial concept all the way through to final production, Kevin brings aerospace-grade precision and elite problem-solving to every project in the shop.

Arnoldo Rosales
Operations Manager / Senior Machinist
Arnoldo Rosales is a Senior Machinist and Manufacturing Technician at Sindri Engineering with more than 30 years of experience in precision machining for the aerospace and defense industries. His expertise includes 4- and 5-axis CNC machining, programming, prototype manufacturing, tooling, and precision inspection. Prior to joining Sindri Engineering, Arnoldo spent more than three decades at Engineered Precision,
Inc., where he led mill department
operations and trained junior machinists. At Sindri, he applies his extensive technical and industry experience to support precision R&D and prototype
manufacturing for complex aerospace and defense applications.
Leslie Sandler
Senior VP of Business Operations
Leslie brings over three decades of executive experience in business operations, program management, and organizational development to Sindri. With a distinguished background overseeing certification and accreditation for a national healthcare organization and directing workforce programs at a national manufacturers association, she excels at transforming complex requirements into executable programs. Holding a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Leslie builds the vital operational systems required to move complex engineering initiatives from concept to delivery. Her leadership is driven by a simple philosophy: innovation creates possibilities, but execution creates results.
